FINANCIAL ANALYST

Financial Analyst, Philadelphia, PA (Compensation to $80K)

Responsible for month-end revenue and expense accruals; Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis that support the quarterly and monthly review of business results; participate in annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes; develop value-added reports and analytical tools that accurately model and evaluate the business to provide actionable financial information to leadership; special projects to support senior management and business initiatives. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 3 - 4 years of relevant experience required. Must possess strong financial analysis and data modeling skills and able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. PC proficiency, especially Excel and General Ledger systems required.(Peoplesoft is strongly preferred).

Senior Analyst, Blue Bell, PA (Compensation to $70K)
Senior Analyst will be responsible for Developing and implementing hedge strategies to mitigate risk. Primary responsibilities include negotiating mortgage backed security, swap transactions with Wall Street, traders, creating position reports used by Senior Leadership to manage the interest rate risk of a 2 billion portfolio, accurately observe and communicate market levels. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related discipline. Strong financial modeling and Excel skills. Director of Finance, Exton, PA (Compensation to $110 K)
Software Company seeks a Director of Corporate Finance to establish and lead a global corporate financial analysis function. The position will report directly to the CFO and will interface frequently with the CEO and other executives of the Company. Responsibilities will include providing leadership of the financial planning and analysis function, assessing and evolving internal management reporting, partnering with executive management (CEO, CFO, COO and other executives) to prepare analysis, explore strategies and develop presentations which effectively communicate conclusions. INTERNAL AUDIT

Senior Auditor, Philadelphia, PA (Compensation to $80K)
The auditor will ensure that fieldwork is properly conducted and completed in accordance with the audit plan, staff auditors are supervised, their work reviewed, follow-up work performed as necessary, and findings are communicated to Audit Department and local management. Responsible for supervising the work of internal auditors during audits on the operations of the corporation. Directly handles audit areas of a more complex or sensitive nature. Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or related discipline required. CPA, CIA, or similar designation preferred. Experience in the financial services industry preferred. Manage and execute various audit engagements that include financial, Sarbanes-Oxley and business process/operational audits for selected business units and functional areas. Develop scope of audits, time budgets, and approve audit programs. Ensure planning, fieldwork and reporting comply with department policies and professional standards. Monitor engagement process and quality of work. BS in Accounting required; CPA or CIA; 10 years of auditing or related experience. Graduate degree preferred.

Senior Internal Auditor, Philadelphia, PA (Compensation to $85K)
The Internal Auditor is responsible for executing various audit engagements that include financial reporting, business process/operational, and compliance audits for selected business units and functional areas within this manufacturing environment. The Internal Auditor will provide Internal Audit management with assurance that internal controls are efficient and effective, the Company's assets are protected, and that financial data is correct. A minimum of 3 - 6 years of internal audit experience or experience with a “Big 4” accounting firm preferred. A CPA or other certification preferred. A basic knowledge of GAAP a must. Experience in Sarbanes-Oxley, and risk management preferred. Travel to 25%.

Staff IT Auditor, Philadelphia, PA (Compensation to $65K)
The Staff Auditor will conduct audits at headquarters and business units with an emphasis on information systems as they relate to the company’s financial systems and processes, business operations, information security, segregation of duties, and IT operations. The Staff Auditor assists with planning, conducts fieldwork, performs follow-up to fieldwork, and assists with report preparation. The Auditor will work closely with Audit Managers and Supervisors and keep them apprised of audit progress and results. The Auditor will execute work plans related to operating systems, databases, applications, network devices, system security, change management, user administration, and incident and problem management, and other focus areas. This position requires the ability to travel 30% with some international travel. 1-2 years of public accounting/IS audit experience or IS internal audit experience. Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field.

REPORTING & GENERAL LEDGER

Assistant Controller, Philadelphia, PA (Compensation to $70K + 10% bonus )
Suburban manufacturer and retailer is looking for a hands-on Assistant Controller to join their team and make a difference. As a member of the team your essential functions and responsibilities are preparation of financial statements, maintenance of fiscal records, management of clerical staff, including all key functions (i.e. A/R, A/P, G/L and Inventory), oversight of inventory costing and control and preparation of monthly accruals and adjusting journal entries. Requirements include a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, minimum of five years accounting experience and knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications.

Controller, Mount Laurel, NJ (Compensation to $150K )
As Controller, you will be will be responsible for all general ledger, operational and joint venture accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, internal and external audit activities, financial due diligence/purchase accounting and financial integration of acquisitions. The Controller will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of a comprehensive system of internal control to ensure compliance with financial federal and state regulations including but not limited to Sarbanes Oxley, GAAP, SEC, etc. Must have 10 or more years of progressive financial experience with a minimum of 5 or more years of controller/financial management experience in a multi state operation required. Bachelor's degree required. A Master's degree in business administration (MBA) and/or a professional accreditation such as a certified public accountant (CPA) required. Real Estate, Financial, or Professional Service experience in a public company is highly preferred.

Director of Accounting, Bensalem, PA (Compensation to $130K )
Working in partnership with the Corporate Finance Planning and Strategy teams, the Director will align processes with established policies and maintain a highly progressive standard of quality throughout all functions, including budgeting, strategic planning, process improvement, and employee development. 8-10 years of experience progressing in large, multi-divisional retail organization is a must. Knowledge of PC based applications such as EXCEL, Access, Microsoft Word, report writing tools, etc. a must. Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA, MBA preferred.

Director of Financial Reporting, Horsham, PA (Compensation to 125K base + a 10-15% bonus)
Large financial services company seeking an SEC expert to manage and oversee the external reporting requirements. This position will be responsible for a small professional staff. Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on SEC experience and supervisory skills, CPA, excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and be deadline oriented. Financial services experience is ideal.

Accountant, Conshohocken, PA (Compensation to 50K + bonus)
Responsibilities will include preparation of journal entries, month-end close, bank reconciliations, balance sheet and P&L supporting work papers and general ledger work. Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Word; strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail are a must. Must have 2 - 5 years, but could consider sharp new grad or less than 2 years. Must be sharp, good communicator, decent energy, drive, willing to put in hours and work hard etc.

Large Services Company seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for their Burlington, NJ office. Primary responsibilities include the overall management of all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounting in compliance with GAAP, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Policies and Procedures coordination and implementation in accordance with SOX, and Budget Analysis. Ideal candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years supervisory/management experience in accounting and a heavy Microsoft Office background.

Accounting Supervisor, Oaks, PA (Compensation to $155K)
Large servicing company is looking for an Accounting Supervisor. Responsibilities will include ensuring staff assigned are preparing accurate and timely financial information in accordance with departmental procedures and policies, direct oversight for ensuring accurate month-end close process, participating in staff recruitment and evaluation process, monitoring and analyzing general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial information is presented to management at month-end. Requirements are Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA or progress towards it preferred. Must have 4-5 years experience in industry and/or public accounting or similar work environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Experience with Oracle a plus.

Director of Reporting, Philadelphia, PA (Compensation to $150K + bonus)
Newly created position will be responsible for heading up the internal & external reporting efforts in addition to getting involved in accounting efforts within the Controller’s group. Must have public and/or mix background. 7 – 10 years applicable experience preferably within large public company. Must have strong SEC experience. CPA preferred.

Senior Analyst, Voorhees, NJ (Compensation to $95K)
Person with business areas to provide support of management's assessment of internal control in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 (SOX), identify internal control improvements to mitigate risk to the amounts and information reported in the financial statements resulting in a reduction of the overall risk profile. 5-8 years of experience in Internal Audit or Public Accounting Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Senior Accountant, Mount Laurel, NJ (Compensation to $70K)
Must be a self-starter and have the ability to manage competing tasks and priorities. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to "roll-up their sleeves" to get the job done. Requirements include excellent communication skills, strong writing and presentation skills, and ability to persistently follow through on cross-functional issues to conclusion. Senior Fixed Asset Accountant, Bristol, PA (Compensation to $60K )
This position will be primarily responsible for the processing, validation and reporting of fixed assets. In addition, this position will lend accounting support to the real estate administration team, by assisting with month end journal entries and monthly balance sheet analysis. Key role in migration of fixed assets data to SAP platform. BS in Accounting required. 3-5 years relevant work experience required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, etc). JD Edwards, SAP experience a plus.

Staff Accountant, Philadelphia, PA (Compensation to $50K plus bonus )
Quickly growing Retailer currently has an exciting opportunity available in our Center City, Philadelphia headquarters for a Staff Accountant. This position will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reporting and variance analysis, posting journal entries to the general ledger, and assisting Accounts Payable in the coding of invoices for proper recording. Will also be responsible for monthly account analysis, including maintaining all schedules, and will work with the Controller, Accounting Manager and Sr. VP of Finance on projects and other reporting requirements. The candidate must be proficient in Excel and have a Bachelor’s in Accounting.

Financial Reporting Analyst – Philadelphia, PA (Compensation to 90k + up to 18% bonus potential)
As Financial Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with the Assistant Controller to prepare and maintain consolidated financial statements and all relevant disclosures, prepare, compile and review GAAP financial statements, produce external financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow and Statements of Owners Equity), compile, prepare, proof and review all related footnote and MD&A disclosure, act as the primary liaison with external parties, maintain common share information and primarily responsible for EPS calculations, contribute to and review quarterly financial presentation given to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for consistency with external reporting.

Tax Manager, Bensalem, PA (Compensation to $95K)
If you have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a focus on tax accounting and a strong understanding of FAS 109. Experience with Big Four accounting firms and/or a publicly traded company is preferred, as is a CPA. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required. Must have 4-7 years experience in Big-4 or other major public accounting firm, or large, multi-state corporate environment. CPA required, MS Tax or working towards degree a plus

Senior Tax Analyst, Philadelphia, PA (Compensation to $65K + bonus)
Senior Tax Analyst with Fortune 100 manufacturing Company in Philadelphia. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification strongly preferred, as well as experience in a public accounting firm or corporate tax department. 5-8 years experience, depending upon the nature of the experience. Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations and compliance experience needed. This person will gain an understanding the entire organization's activities and determine the appropriate tax treatment to maximize deductions for applicable transactions. Will also handle all projects, projections, etc., relating to all of the company's entities including a JV. Support federal audit, provide transaction analysis, and perform other project work as needed.

Tax Director, Philadelphia, PA (Compensation to $150k + 20% bonus)
This position is responsible for coordination, preparation and review of federal income tax returns as assigned. Coordination, preparation and review of partnership tax reporting as assigned. Assisting with federal, state and local audits, including preparation of responses to information requests as assigned. Assisting with tax savings projects as requested by management. Minimum Qualifications are 10+ years of general tax related experience with a multi-jurisdictional structure including 7+ years advanced partnership. Proficiency in general office environment software (Microsoft Office, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Masters preferred. CPA or advanced degree in taxation strongly preferred.

Senior Income Tax Accountant, Voorhees, NJ (Compensation to $93K)
Assist the Team Lead - Income Tax Accounting and Compliance with income tax compliance and tax accounting analysis and reporting activities. Doing tax research as required to administer all income tax matters. Identification and implementation of key tax saving and/or process improvements. Prepare & review quarterly and annual Income Tax Provisions and Tax notes to the financial statements. Must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and tax return software a must. Extensive background in income tax accounting, compliance and related research. A minimum of 5 years experience in Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting. CPA or CMA

State and Local Tax Manager, Philadelphia, PA (Compensation to $95K)
Reporting to the SVP, the AVP, State and Local Taxes will lead the State and Local Tax Unit to meet these responsibilities. Responsibilities include acting as the primary State and Local Income/Franchise contact person as well as be the technical consultation person with respect to premium tax and sales tax issues. Ensure that client area tax service needs are met and the requirements of the tax law are met. A minimum of 8 years experience in State and Local taxation with a public accounting firm or corporate tax department at a management level. Experience with Premium Taxes preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA and/or advanced degree (MS in Taxation) preferred. Company will relocate.

Tax Projects Specialist, Mfg, Philadelphia, PA (Compensation to $65K)
Tax Specialist will support income tax compliance, federal audit, and tax planning functions, perform tax research and provide analysis for major transactions, provide tax advice to business lines, and perform other project work as needed. Assume responsibility for analysis of fixed asset system's tax data and review of tax coding, especially in support of major transactions and FAS 109 analysis. Requirements include Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other business discipline. Minimum 3 years experience in Federal and multistate income tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax research in a CPA firm or combination of CPA firm and corporate tax environment. Good knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Excellent PC skills, especially Excel. Advanced degree in taxation or MBA; CPA certification; experience in accounting for income taxes; experience in use of income tax compliance software; knowledge of and experience in partnership taxation.

Tax Manager, Philadelphia, PA (Compensation to $120K + bonus)
The successful candidate will have a strong technical tax background as a result of at least five years of experience in tax research, consulting and compliance as it relates to federal, state and international taxes. You will have opportunities to be exposed to and deal with a variety of federal, state and international matters including acquisitions and mergers and the tax implications of business initiatives. Responsibilities include quarterly and annual tax provisions; assessing the federal and state income tax treatment of business transactions and activities; managing the federal audit and ensuring that returns are prepared accurately and filed timely. A minimum of five years of experience preferably with a “Big 4” accounting firm in provision and federal tax; A CPA or equivalent required.

Tax Accountant, Wilmington, DE (Compensation to $65K)
Preparing tax provision, FAS 109 analysis, and tax roll forwards on a monthly basis. Assists in the preparation of the tax footnote. Prepares federal, state & local, and international income and franchise tax returns. Provides support for federal and state & local income tax audits, conducts tax research as needed. Creates and maintains supporting federal, state & local, and international tax work papers, assists in the development of tax policies and procedures, and assists in maintaining documentation for Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting plus a Master's in Taxation Degree (preferred). Four to five years of corporate tax experience in the financial services industry or public accounting (Big 4) equivalent work experience. Tax Manager, Media, PA (Compensation to $150K base + $25K bonus)
Candidate will be responsible for Managing the preparation of the corporate federal, state and local income tax returns. They will manage the preparation and filing of all state personal property returns, local mercantile returns, federal and state fuel returns and other tobacco tax returns. Coordinate all communications and interactions with the Internal Revenue Service and state and local taxing authorities to ensure that any governmental audits or tax notices are resolved in a favorable manner. Manage the preparation of the year-end income tax provision for inclusion in the audited financial statements. Bachelor’s degree in Business with an accounting major preferred. CPA, MBA or Masters of Taxation required. Recent “Big 4” Manager level Public Accounting with tax experience strongly preferred.

Tax Compliance Manager, Exton, PA (Compensation to $120K + bonus)
Company is looking for a talented individual to serve as their Tax Compliance Manager, with primary accountability for preparing and filing federal, state, and local tax returns, estimated tax payments and other submissions as required. Responsibilities will be to include analyze and review accounting activity to determine proper tax treatment; prepare and manage annual tax provision process, including FAS109, FIN 48 and related footnote disclosures. Must have 7-10 years of experience in federal, state and local tax compliance and planning in a public accounting firm or medium/large international corporation. Expertise in FAS 109 tax accounting along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. CPA and SAP skills highly desirable. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with MBA/MS in Taxation preferred.

International Tax Specialist, Exton, PA (Compensation to $95K)
Company seeks an International Tax Specialist, accountable for preparing all aspects of U.S. international tax compliance and planning, ensuring timely, complete and accurate reporting. Candidate will be responsibilities for preparing Form 5471 and Form 1118; providing assistance with preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation; Compiling data for completion of Section 199 DPGR Deduction; supporting Tax Planning/Tax Research Initiatives through research and preparation of statistical and financial reports, both on a regular and specially assigned basis with regard to international planning, acquisitions, and audit defense strategies. Must have minimum of 5+ years international tax income experience with a public accounting firm and/or Multinational Corporation.
